Flat Braid Leather Flogger

Soft heavy weight black leather flat braided 9-tail flogger / cat. Falls are hand crafted from laminated soft tumbled cowhide. Handle is braided with whisky kangaroo lace. Overall 29" with 8" handle and nine 21" (cut length) flat braided falls. Weighted and balanced for precise control.
